About us

Built to make business financing easier to navigate

We help Canadian businesses access capital by understanding the business first, then working with a network of lending partners to find options that fit.

Our story

Two operators, one straightforward idea

Easy Fund was started by two Canadians who have spent their working lives in front of customers: one building and running a seasonal service company in Muskoka, Ontario, the other in residential and commercial sales and operations. Both learned the same lesson from different angles: capital timing decides what a small business can take on.

Traditional banks remain an important source of financing, but not every business, timeline or transaction fits conventional lending criteria. Easy Fund helps business owners understand and explore additional options, and explains the trade-offs honestly.

We are building this for the long term. That means understanding each business before approaching lenders, keeping the process simple and responsive, and building lasting relationships with the businesses and lending partners we work with.

Apply for Financing

What we do

  • Learn about the business, the financing need and the intended use of funds.
  • Explain which financing structures may realistically fit the situation.
  • Organize documentation into a clear submission package.
  • Present suitable opportunities to third-party lending partners.
  • Stay involved through review, questions and next steps.

What we don't do

  • Lend our own capital or make credit decisions.
  • Promise approvals, rates, terms or funding timelines.
  • Blast one application to every lender in the market.
